This delicious, healthy drink is made with Warragul Greens, Banana and Almond Milk
5 Warragul Green leaves, I used fairly large, but a combo is fine...this is approx
 1 Banana, chopped
 1 ½ cups Almond Milk
Chai Spice, this is definately optional, I just like it, but even cinnamon or nutmeg if you love those
I also used Midgen berries as I'm growing them and they're in season, again optional
1

Put the banana, warraguls and milk into a blender and whizz it up, add the spice if using.

2

Pour into glass and enjoy.

This is such a simple drink to create and remember that Warraguls grow just about anywhere....they are a subsitute for spinach or any of your greens in a salad, mixed drinks, quiches etc. We use them a lot in the Wild Food Cafe in our burgers, frittatas and anywhere greens are used, also mix them as well with other salad items.

Growing in your garden Warragul Greens are a great ground cover and once they're happy you've got them for ever! They reseed really well and you can always share and swap seeds with friends. Good healthy option to add to your vegetable garden.
