 2 Slices of seedy bread
 1 Avocado
 Couple of pieces broccolini
 1 Small handful Warrigal Greens
 1 Egg
 Cracked Pepperberries
 Touch of chilli (optional)

Bring a pot of water to boil and add egg.
Turn heat to simmer eggs and cook for approx 4 minutes, or to your preferred doneness!

Quickly blanch the Warrigals and stir fry the Broccolini in a touch of olive oil and a splash of lemon and salt.
