Warm sugar and water on stove until sugar dissolves, add lemon myrtle
Cool and store in a container in the fridge for one week to allow flavours to develop, before straining and using
TO CREATE DRINK In a glass add a good jigger of gin....it's up to you really Add some Lemon Myrtle Syrup, about 1/3 gin is good, but you can try and taste as you go Fill the glass with ice Add tonic water Top with chopped Desert Limes Created by Shaun Byrne, Maidenii
