In a pan toss a little oil, then add the Aussie Ground Lamb and lightly brown until almost cooked
Stir fry strips of sliced red capsicum
On a soft taco shell add diced tomatoes, coriander, lamb, strips of capisum and a squeeze of fresh lime
Wrap and enjoy (preferably with an Aussie Slender Red)
