Outback Bush Lamb Tacos

Bushtucker with tacos!

Ausssie Lamb Tacos by Neill Bartlett, Aussie Radio Show


Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 15 mins
Bushfood: Bush tomato, wattleseed, native pepper


  • .500g Aussie Ground Lamb
  • 15g of OutbackChef Bush Tomato Rub
  • Soft Tacos
  • Diced Tomato
  • Coriander (Cilantro) chopped
  • Thinly sliced red peppers
  • Quartered fresh lime for squeezing over dish

In a pan toss a little oil, then add the Aussie Ground Lamb and lightly brown until almost cooked

  1. Stir fry strips of sliced red capsicum
  2. On a soft taco shell add diced tomatoes, coriander, lamb, strips of capisum and a squeeze of fresh lime
  3. Wrap and enjoy (preferably with an Aussie Slender Red)

    This is a great recipe and I love it, Neill you’ve done a great job with this one, we want to see more, simple to make, tastes amazing and even better it has Aussie bushtucker.
