A relish brings it all to life and Chef Joel really took the bull by the horns when he created this relish in the kitchen at Wild Food Farm. We use it all the time in the cafe and it’s become a firm favourite with our customers. Muntries (Native Apples) and tomato relish is the perfect addition to a meat or plant based curry, we use them in toasties with cheese and salami and also on a cheese platter is really great.
