Wattleseed Cream

Quick and Easy Wattleseed Ice-Cream Just purchase your favourite Vanilla ice-cream, allow approx 1/2 litre to melt and mix in the Wattleseed, you'll be amazed at just how good it tastes.

Wattleseed whole and ground

 300 ml cream, whip until soft peaks have formed
  Wattleseed Syrup

1 dessertspoon of ground and roasted Wattleseed

Add approx 1/3 cup of boiling water and leave for the flavour to develop

Strain out the Wattleseed and add the syrup to the cream
