Eat your heart out Cookie Monster, these little scrumptious morsels with Australian native Wattleseed and Choc Chip are perfect I made these delicious little brownies for two students staying with me, it was exam time and a little comfort food never goes astray.

 1 3/4 Cups - Organic Plain Flour
 150g butter, softened
 1/3 cup white sugar
 2/3 cup brown sugar
 2 eggs
 1 cup choc chips
 15g wattleseed
 1 teaspoon vanilla

Heat oven to 180°C

Whip together butter, sugar, wattleseed

Add eggs and vanilla

Add flour and choc chips mix together

Form into little balls approx the size of walnuts

Wet two fingers and slightly flatten the top of each ball

Line a baking tray with baking paper and put balls on

Cook for approx 20 minutes until brown on top

Allow to cool on tray, they will firm ... and eat...simply delicious
