Gin with Lemon Myrtle

Enjoy a little Christmas cheer with friends…Australian Gin with Lemon Myrtle.

Winter Warmer or Summer Cooler this drink is sure to please

 1 kilo caster sugar
 1 litre water
 150 grams lemon myrtle

Warm sugar and water on stove until sugar dissolves, add lemon myrtle


Cool and store in a container in the fridge for one week to allow flavours to develop, before straining and using
