Prep Time: 15 mins
Bushfood: Lemon myrtle, Pepperberries


  • 2 teaspoons of Outback Chef's Bush BBQ Lemon Pepper
  • 100g of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of flaked almonds, lightly roasted


  1. Mix the Bush BBQ Lemon Pepper and Cream Cheese together
  2. Chill in fridge
  3. Roll into small balls, approx size of walnuts
  4. Then roll into the flaked almonds
  5. Serve

Additional Info

Keep chilled in the fridge until ready to use, perfect for tasty nibbles with drinks, or if you want rather than rolling into balls, just spread onto biscuits and top with a slice of fresh tomato.
