Love this Lemon Myrtle tea combo

I took this tea with me to Foodex in Japan, a huge yearly trade show in Tokyo.

OutbackChef was part of the Victorian government stand along with many other Victorian food businesses.   Every morning I made a big pot of tea, not for the potential customers but for the other members of the stand, many….and I’m not naming names here, who really lived it up of an evening and needed a pick-me-up first thing in the morning, they had this tea before their regular coffee…..true story!

The combination of Green Tea with Lemon Myrtle and ginger is perfect.
