Join World Class bartender Sebastian Costello and Jude Mayall, owner of Outback Chef, for an educational and inventive class on how to embrace Australia’s native ingredients in cocktail making. The pair will talk through the life cycle, seasonal opportunities and flavours of a range of native plants, while offering three different and exclusive cocktails that champion Australian botanicals and spirits.
Expect to sample local ingredients like finger limes, lemon myrtle and pepperberry.
