Orders are processed promptly once full payment is made. Delivery may take between 2 to 14 days depending on delivery destination. If goods are out of stock you will be advised.
If goods are damaged in transit or not received and cannot be resolved with discussion with Australia Post or the freight company then any replacement of such goods is up to the discretion of OutbackChef.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Postage is automatically calculated thru Australia Post by the total weight of the goods.
We do send outside Australia, postage is organised thru Australia Post, or for larger orders we will contact direct and organise thru freight carriers.
