OUTBACK CHEF sends goods out within 3 days (often sooner), if there is any holdups regarding stock we will let you know.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay with Paypal or

with your credit card using our Secure Gateway.  Secure Gateway means that Outback Chef doesn't have any access to your credit card numbers, your sale goes thru the payment gateway to the bank.

If you wish to pay with a cheque, postal order or straight to a bank account please email your order thru to me and let me know your preferred payment method. 

In this case orders will be sent out when payment has been received.

POSTAGE

Postage is automatically calculated thru Australia Post by the total weight of the goods.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

We do send outside Australia, postage is organized thru Australia Post, or for larger orders we will contact direct and organize thru freight carriers.

FREIGHT

If your order is over 5kg in weight, as is often the case with wholesale orders, please contact me, or email your order thru,  as I will send the goods with TNT and freight will be cheaper than Australia Post....also it's a door to door service.
