BUSH PESTO

This delicious pesto has to be the best pesto I have ever had!!! The creamy macadamia nuts and the hint of bush spices blend so well. Try it with bread sticks as a finger food or starter.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup raw unsalted Macadamia nuts
1/2 cup raw parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups olive oil
1 cup fresh chopped basil leaves
1 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 teaspoon Mountain pepper
1 teaspoon Bush Tomatoes


METHOD
1. Puree the nuts, parmesan and 1/4 cup of the oil in a blender.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend to a chunky paste.
3. Serve on bread sticks or wattle seed blinis.

Bush Pesto ready to eat
